detailed map restaurant recommendation hot tub
The staff offered us a detailed map with site and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast included multiple choices each morning. I saw a pool and hot tub in the courtyard.
The hotel frontage has a very subtle appearance I missed it several times.

cozy jacuzzi helpful staff chocolate treat
The room had a jacuzzi. It was a great way to end the day. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful! Little extras such as chocolate, port, peppermint tea, and soap were also provided in my room.
The frontage of the hotel was subtle, I missed it several times.

I found the location very convenient. The staff gave useful recommendations for local restaurants and museums. Each morning, I had a breakfast that was included.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
hidden entrance narrow staircase
The staff was friendly.
The hotel entrance was quite hidden. I missed it several times. The room had a poorly equipped kitchen and the bathroom felt very cramped. A very narrow spiral staircase was a definite hazard.

immediate assistance main station spacious room
The staff offered immediate assistance. The location is close to the main metro station (a few minutes walk). I found wonderful toiletries in the spacious room.
I observed that soap samples were not provided (previous reviews mentioned them).
